the casualties make alright music, they seem to have a lot of great influences, but the fact that almost every song they write is about how "punk" they are kinda makes them seem like posers.

I'm not saying they aren't real punks, they probably are. The thing is they can't get by on musical talent, and need the hair to get noticed. Their early music is really sub par compared to most other punk, I think some of their stuff is okay, but this stuff is really nothing compared to early street punk with less hair gel that they steal their sound from, Skeptix seems to be their biggest influence, but this sucks compared to them.

I'd rather listen to most of their contemporaries than this.
