it's a cheezy 99 cobra. It was rated at 320, but many owners dynoed the cars and it was producing a measley 290. This was the reason SVT didnt make a Cobra in 02, in order to work on getting it right with the 03/04, which if you ask me, they got right :)

Looks like a 1999 Electric Green SVT Cobra & many of them had serious power issues from the factory. They were rated at 320HP & most of them failed to make 250hp to the wheels when they should have been around 280 or so. If this owner got the factory recall he should have been making 270-280 to the wheels, meaning high 13's and trapping just over 100mph or very close to a stock SRT-4 Neon. Not surprising. I also imagine had you raced from a dig to 4th gear it would have been closer. Nice vid.
