You're a fine player, but you might want to consider rolling more to be a bit quicker, and just running past guards instead of hugging the wall and waiting for them to look away.

My best time is 1:25, entering in from the ground floor, getting the button right filing cabinet on the way out, this method creates less backtracking.

You can return to previous missons by pressing the up directional key in the debriefing screen, and keep all upgrades you have unlocked.

You can't do this stage 100% first playthrough. You need Level 2 Locksmith and then either roll or reasonable doubt., or better yet both... as well as Black Rain.

It's harder than it looks for sure. Practice makes perfect. It was nearly impossible for me to in the beginning, now I get a hat on the first level pretty easily.
