I think this is the case in Austin where this cop startled a kid (17-18) asleep in a car of a friends apartment complex. The kid was woken in the dark of night to cops in dark uniforms & guns & prolly didnt know they were cops since he'd done nothing wrong & was asleep. He was fired at & killed & had no weapon or even a "cell phone" that might look like a weapon. The car he was in was "similar" to a drug dealers car. Cant remember the poor kids name but u can find video of it under austin cops
