He maybe a cheap character but still, I've been downloading and trying every ultimate character I've ever heard of to see which Ultimate character is the best of the bunch.

Even Dark Phoenix is darn difficult to beat with a normal fighter >.>

Yeah but he's not the only Ultimate fighter though, I mean there's fighters like Hyper Ryu, Seven, Dark Phoenix and way way more.
