@TGalProdz It is one way of doing cardio workout. If done properly and minimum 30-40 minutes a day, it will give weightloss benifits for sure but you also need to do resistance training to tone up.
@94ishi Hi, start with 20 min without resting and keep on increasing time to go upto 35-40 min. There are couple of other exercise videos by Yashmeen in my channel. Try out, all these are big time calorie burners. Best of luck..
