  • Great music with really nice & charming lyrics, feel like Im a misplaced soul when I listen to this music I was born in 1975 in México....damm wrong decade. good for you that had the chance to live this great music!! greetings from Mexico city!

  • Another classic by my favorite group of the time. This tune and "Will You Still Love Me" have to be two of the best songs ever written in any time period. Thanks.

  • truly amazing music :)

  • Mama said life's a box of chocolates.

  • That announcer wasn't from the day! You can't just be able to RAP. It has to be appropriate. That was really stupid! RAP was COOL! PREACHERS, PIMPS, PLAYERS, DJ's were the best!

Real RAP today is done by wrestlers. They learned it from DUSTY RODES! RODES copied Blacks & wrestling SUPER STAR BILLY GRAHAM, GRAHAM imitated Black RAP.

  • The good and the beautiful they will always be to me!!

  • Love this song.

  • Beautiful voices, catchy song, every time i hear it i end up singing it for hours in my head. Love it! My momma always said, "if you have nothing nice to say, keep you mouth shut!" I say, if you have nothing nice to say, shut the the pie hole, keep it close, and the next time you stop at the store, pick up some super glue. :)

  • Shegros were just as vicious back then as today

  • @hijacker050 Never heard that word! Heard Negress! As recent as the 1970s. White business men on TV. Show hosted by FAITH LYLES. NFL's LENNY LYLES wife! They didn't know it was an insult. Just like (I LIKE COLORED PEOPLES). LENNY died last month! At home LOU KY.

  • I love this kind of music. It sounds really interesting.Old music like this really sound very good. The Shirelles are awesome :D

  • If you don't have talent and cant sing, then you'd fail no matter who was writing for you. The Shirelles had talent and man could they sing!

  • Put more dip in your hips!

  • 1961.......wow. long, long time ago

  • LOved the Shirelles coming from a Louisiana redneck.

  • This song is way before 1967.

  • I thought that 'Maybe' by the all girl Chantels w/Arlene Smith went to #1 in 1958.

  • @1955emerald As great as "Maybe" was, it only peaked at #15 on the pop charts.

  • Super! Thanks for adding this! Great song, great music, and a really cool intro! Thanks again!

  • The Shirelles I have all their RECORDS before tape and CD, however the hardest song to find was Tonight's The Night iT'S A GREAT SONG BUT HARD TO FIND. but I GOT IT NOW. The best GIRL GROUP EVER.

    Thanks for sharing

  • AMAZING!!!!!!!

  • RIP Ronnie Evans!!

    He was 1of a kind!!

  • This classic is from 1967:) At Columbia University off of the "Spontaneous Combustion" album, I am very fortunate to have this in my collection:)!

  • The Andrews Sisters had their first Billboard #1 in 1938. They placed more than a hundred songs on the Billboard charts in the next ten years. So I'm not sure what you're talking about.

  • @BirdYoshikawa What I'm talking about is often referred to as the original rock and roll era beginning in the year 1955 when Billboard began publishing a "Hot 100".

  • @BirdYoshikawa The sounds of Motown were unbeatable to the Andrews Sisters.

  • @Jantv81 The Shirelles were not from Motown, you moron.

  • @BirdYoshikawa the advantage that the andrews sisters had also was their white skin. when i listened to african american music as a kid i had to do it on the sly, late at night and if i got caught it was an ass kicking. listened anyway.

  • WOW ..GREAT SOUNDS ..THANKS..
