@jarden69 don't worry about knee damage unless ur doing this with a lot of weight. body weight exercises tend to be safe-even for knees. remember to keep your knees behind your toes when you do this one. so really focus on sticking your butt back when u go down-knees behind your toes at all times!

i have no time to go to the gym so i am looking for a house exercise for the outer and inner thighs... with this, would i have great results when i use dumbbells in this workout? rather than go use the machine at the gym?
Thanks, whenever I look for leg workouts all I get it squats. My quads are ridiculously toned by this point but the rest of my legs are still mammoth

This is a karate exercise I do during warm up and legs stretching. Sometimes it can be painful. I suggest not to do it specially who has weak knee.
