Ahh this was the worst drug ever! My dr. said it was to help me control my temper when I feel upset. But after I was on Abilify for a few weeks, that became worse. I was depressed and my temper was out of control. Plus, I gained a lot of weight and it was very difficult to get it off. Then, I HAD to be taken off it because it worsened my seizures. Thank God! Okay, did a check of the side-effects compared to the Fluoxetine crap my doctor gave me. They're pretty much the same, except Fluoxetine is also marketed in the US as an anti-depressant for (wait for it...) pets.

Okay, did a check of the side-effects compared to the Fluoxetine crap my doctor gave me. They're pretty much the same, except Fluoxetine is also marketed in the US as an anti-depressant for (wait for it...) pets.
So my doc pretty much gives me pet medicine with a dozen side effects AND withdrawal symptoms to cure my depression. I always knew he was a jerk.

@ericsummey95 I just can't see poor health as a positive thing: body, mind or spirit.. Maybe you need pills, but weights and cardio can't hurt. Weights and cardio made me want to live, where as the five to six years prior, I wanted to die and was slowly trying to kill myself through neglect.
Did you try finding a nice gym near your house? Going to a gym made the difference to me--and I really don't even like being around people.
