the reason he says TOASTY!! is because not only did u perorm an uppercut, but a vicious one.(EX. right after u perform a kombo, ure opponent has to fly into the air and u have to time the uppercut properly so he flies even further. but thats not the only way.) Trust me bc this has happened to me a ton of times and i figured out why Toasty does this.

In the 3rd mortal kombat, when dan fordan did the TOASTYYY when you UPPERCUT. And hit the block button, it took you to a specail area were you would fight a super beefed up reptile. Idk what it does because it can never hit block in time. so hope it helps.
