  • VERY RARE! NIIICE!!!!

  • Actually, Roy wanted to do this solo & in black face.

  • Beautiful song!

  • IMDB doesn't credit them, but isn't that the Hall Johnson Choir? I thought I recognized a couple of the members from their appearance in one of Roy's other films.

  • i see there are jeolous ROY ROGERS people on here- thanks roy & gabby

  • If you want to hear a cowboy singer try Ken Curtis, who is best known as Festus on " Gunsmoke". His voice is unbelieveable.

  • No the black man with the solo - is that Paul Robeson? Anyone know?

  • yes,its him..

  • I thought so - thanks!

  • NO, that is NOT Paul Robeson. Google Paul Robeson's filmography. He NEVER appeared in "The Arizona Kid".

  • its masa roy himself...hmm

  • Don't get buried in the past. Learn from it and live in the present. This was not a Politically Correct era film clip--BFD. The film clip, however, showcases two great men singing a great song. It's hard not to love it just for that.

  • Yes, It is wonderful.

  • It was politically correct when it was performed. Let's not change the past. Let's enjoy the past and thank God He makes us more like Himself everyday.

I will return to this great music often. There are many great artist today, but these guys are hard to top.

  • Is that Paul Robeson with the short solo in the middle?

  • It's actually called Swing Low, Sweet Chariot.

  • Hey it's Public Domain.

I like the lady's dress. woo hoo.
