Minkus' last ep was on the season 1 finale. In the last scene, Topanga was teaching Cory, Shawn and Minkus about psychic energy and how to mentally will a light bulb on. They made fun of her because it didn't work, and Minkus says it's because they aren't cooperating. Topanga told them they could mentally will anything. Cory and Shawn mentally willed Minkus away, and he vanished into thin air. He is last seen on the grad ep, saying he was on the "other side" of John Adams High.
