Hi Bhavana, I like all your recipes very much...In our house we call this tuvar ni daal na dhokla and Kapuriyo is a different dish for us...Neways i am glad to see this recipe online. you bring rare gujurati dish on net...Also after dhokla is done we give it a takda with loads of hing and leftovers of this dhokla is something to die for :))
Kapuriya is known in only our side of part in India. It's nothing but Dhokla without fermantation. They taste and look like Dhokla as well. I recently showed in video how you can make Kapuriya mix at home. Watch and enjoy!!

Your recipe is awesome!
But I would like to tell you If you will make one hole in the center of GORA then it will be cook fastly and that's call the exact Kapuriya.
One more thing I would say if you like that if you add Sodabykhar instead of Sancher then it will become more soft.
If you dont like whatever I wrote then Sorry for that.
