POND GURU - Large pond and bridge - Dissington Nr. Ponteland

I wonder if it would be possible to keep fishes in a pond like that - for example trout, or roach?

Any coarse fish would be fine. Trout would really need either a flow or higher oxygen content for long term sucess.

@pondguru Indeed, however the pond in my backyard is the one place where dozens of frogs lay their eggs, despite there being a creek.

Are they Bullfrogs? I used to have some of them before they were put on the banned list.

@pondguru All kinds of frogs, bullfrogs among them. They occasionally eat the other frogs, but they act like friends when they're not hungry. Kind of disturbing...
