At the time the Mach had 5000 miles on it, and the F7 had failing primary clutch. This season the Z has a new engine and the F7 has been upgraded. Both sleds are wicked fast and my guess is they will be about even this year.

Our club had a 201m race today. 32 drivers, and the winner was a 800 Renegade, it won by 8-9m over a 800 crossfire. On it's way to the final it won over 1 f8, 2 800 crossfires, a RX-1 and a couple more. (all stock).

So all the talk about that a same sized engine Cat would smoke a ski-doo is just bullshit! ;) so up yours

i live in traverse city, small world, those machs are not impressive for a 1000, i own a 2006 crossfire 700 and a 2000 zrt 800, The zrt Kills my buddys mach up high, and my crossfire runs right with it until 90 miles an hour, and thats a long track 700, like you said, 300 less cc's
