lol.. The rackets are strung from 30-38 lbs thats why the strings and rackets break easily.
I use 30 lbs and it really breaks if I jump smash consecutively and if not, the tension goes down to 28 easily, but of course it depends on the strings as well.
Why is the Korean crowd so cold toward everybody not on their team? I remember when these two teams played in China Masters last year, and even though the Korean team won, the Chinese crowd still applauded politely. And they cheered wildly when Jung threw his racket into the crowd and REALLY wildly when Lee Yong Dae threw his shirt into the crowd. Here, I feel like if either Cai or Fu had tried to throw their rackets into the audience, the audience would have thrown it right back. -_____-
Totally agreed with your point and good observation from the video. The crowd were just there to watch their local players win rather than giving themselves a nice treat of excellent matches for the love of the game. Since this is a million dollar tournament, shouldn't they be more supportive and enthusiastic like the other countries that hold the premier events. The prestige of the tournament is also dependent on the involvement of crowd to make the event more appealing
I noticed that too. When China was winning points the Korean crowd was very silent. And when the Korean pair wins a point there was a loud cheer/roar. The fans there are only to cheer on LYD and not even his partner. They were very audible on cheering him on.
those are some sucky ass racquets...
