i just think its someone who hasn't been introduced yet. because in kh1 final mix, you fight Xemnas, with no idea who he is. and in kh2 final mix, you fight the Lingering Will, who i guess people kinda had an understanding it was Terra, but still. that's just my methodology though.

Just because he has that cloak doesn't exactly mean he was an Organization Member. The only reason why the Members wore those coats was to prevent themselves from fading away into Darkness. It can also stop Darkness from corrupting Ones heart, So maybe this person has some sort of Darkness inside him and wears the coat to prevent himself from falling into Darkness Completely.

Also, the cloak only prevents EXTERNAL darkness from corrupting the heart. It cannot protect the heart from darkness contained in the heart itself.

I think that this is Xehanort with Terra's and Aqua's powers absorbed. Some of his attacks have been used by Terra and Aqua. Another reason is that in kh2 final mix you see Xemnas talking to Terra or Aqua's armor (I forgot which).

Not really. The guy Sora fights in KH1FM is Xemnas. Xemnas does NOT fight with full force in that fight, so you can't call that a loss.
