there are 3 ways of capturing such scenes from tv:
first the most stupid way of all: you get a camera and film your tv screen and shake the camera just like we all have just seen...
second is not quite professional, but should be at least a bit better: you proceed just like before, but you first get the camera to a good stationary position with good view on the tv BEFORE you start capturing. after that you can still crop out outer edges.
and the third: JUST CUT THE F*CKING VIDEO FILE ON A PC!
