  • This is on my Kung Fu Panda DVD. Chopsticks are easy to use. It just takes a little practice.

    I taught myself to use chopsticks at Panda Express, btw.

  • Chopsticks aren't as hard as they look. The key is to manage the amount of pressure you're using when you pinch a piece of food. Too much pressure and it falls apart and too little pressure will cause you to keep dropping your food (and maybe your chopsticks).

    I find something like dumplings, green beans, or ravioli a good starting point before you move onto something like rice or smaller pieces of food. (Yes, I know ravioli are not Chinese, but hey, I like using chopsticks that much, heh.)
