i know a guy who "attended" a medium security jail in indy for a DUI before even SITTING HIM BEFORE A JUDGE. when they finally let him out he discovered that they gave his stuff to the wrong guy (wallet, car keys, CREDIT CARDS)

when he went to tell the officer behind the desk, he was threatened to be taken back into custody..

needless to say he filed a report with internal affairs. doubt it will do much though

i would also like to mention that the reason why he was put in medium security was simply because he verbally NOT PHYSICALLY refused to take a Breathalyzer test, so they nailed him for resisting arrest
