  • Good question. The flower we got is actually called "Japanese Quince" and it is often used in bonsai as plum. Usually the leaves all fell off in winter but this winter some leaves did not wither. We do not paint leaves in plum blossom painting because it is more common in China that they bloom before leaves come out.Thank you!
