GM70 deserves better speakers. You have a huge amp and .... small speakers. Some 500+l horns would be better :)

Sounds like a wind-up gramophone! Hey this is camcorder microphones for you! Strange using these new B.&W.s! Wonder how E.M.I. 319 would sound? Better yet wonder how some Rigonda stereo speakers would sound, they were real cool when you saw the chassis, the sound of the electronics made to compliment the speakers!

The most funny thing is that lots of people think that 100W amp can play twice much louder that 50W one. The truth is that you need 10 times more watts to get twice much power (50W x 10 = 500W). Therefore 50W tubeamp can rock nicer than 100W solid, because tubes compresing signal and bring second harmonics to life.

its funny becaus somebody mentioned that HD is much more intense than HI-FI but i must retort that youe common HI-FI amplifier is usually lower wattage but there are many 200 plus watt amps that would easily nock an HD's dick in the dirt, i am sorry if that is not what the person ment when they said hd is usualy more "intence" :)

either way, recording a sound system and then playing it on another sound system is never going to give you a good idea of how it actually sounds.
