Great job playing that! Eddie Jobson / Zinc - "The Green Album" is one of the top Progressive Rock albums of all time. I've been listening to it since it's release in 1983 and it still moves me now like it did 27 years ago.
I hope to see more of you playing songs off this album!
As for Ted Perkins - HiHats are one of the most underused pieces of a drum kit and to incorporate them into complex playing can give such a tight and exciting sound - couldn't think of a better song to showcase your skills!
You do a solid job, but I can't imagine why you would choose this tune to feature your skills. The post should have been titled "High-Hat Jam"
Regarding the Jobson album...don't get me wrong. I owned it and listened to it. But it was twinky then and it's twinky now. Great musician that he was (is?), there was absolutely know beef to his sound. Starcastle had more balls.
Very well done sir! I am quite impressed. So seamlesssly integrated with the actual recording. And you even nailed the ending. I used to be addicted to that album! Love it!
Good Job :)
