i tried both floors with the signs. The bike is as close as possible to the wall. So i jump and than press triangle?

It should be can't you get up the stairs?  are you on floor 4? Did you use the right door? Did you park the bike close enough to the wall?

This worked very well and on my first try. I did have trouble getting the motorcycle up the stairs in the building until I realized an easier way.

Just run all the way up to the roof of the building, and then spawn the PCJ 600 up there. Then just drive down 2 floors and do the glitch. That way you don't have to waste time trying to get up the stairs on the bike.
