The song's about a dude in Milo's class at high school who was boasting about his high grades, thus the lyrics " 14, 20, 1 - 4- 2- 0"..that was the grade the dude was yelling out : " I am better than you..." the same applies.
The song title is about boasting kids with good grades 'hurting others,' it's sarcastic.
Thanks for that info dude, until now I always thought that they were making fun of Motley Crue. And on top of that, this song has an obvious Thrash Metal sound which I thought had confirmed it. Lol!
