FYI: It is called a Spanner head or Spanner screw. I have made these out of cheap snap/retaining ring pliers, heated them up and bent the tip for the application. Remember when you heat up tool steel you F-up the hardness so go to the cheapo rack and buy a $2 pair that you don't mind tossing when they break. It makes doing Diy projects much easier. Great vid! I'm new to flashlight mods...how about showing how to do an emitter/board upgrade?

You can also get O-rings at DX if you don't mind waiting on shipping, same as the tail caps. You just need to know the diameter, in metric.

I couldn't make it out in the video, but if the plunger on the inside of the tailcap is too long, you can cut down the excess (turn it inside out to get at it) and reduce how far it'll stick out of the tail when reinstalled. It's only there to add height to the switch.
