It's actually dark from the molasses, it would be equally dark using the grade b maple syrup. I converted the recipe into a gallon portion so i don't have to keep making it one glass at a time. Thanks for the congrats, this orange juice is sensational!! LOL

Errrm, why is your lemonade so dark? You're only supposed to use a pinch or a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. Nonetheless. Congrats on your progress. :-)
