Watching this video made me realize that almost every other video of any song I've seen obscures the song, distracts the viewer from its meaning. Not this one--this one makes the song speak louder. Great job.

Ahhhh David, this was so brilliant! You captured the edgy desperation of the man in this song so beautifully. The lip sync was spot-on. And I love the timeless B/W with half light. So mysterious in the shadows. I adore Randy Newman and the Bad Love album, which this track is from! Beautiful job!!! <3
Wow, I am a HUGE Randy Newman fan and you did that so well, I was trying to figure out if it was him (it sure SOUNDED like him!) or YOU....your lipsynching was perfect and you absolutely looked believable as the older guy begging that poor young thing!
