  • I like how his dancing isn't too feminine.

  • People love themselves some Julie I see. LOLOL

  • Bring back Julie!!!

  • with all due respect, I jus think it would be better to find someone(a women) who understands the lyrics and feels the music in thier sangre como mi gente. She looks like someone who is still learning how to dance over emphasizing her styling moves and hand placement as opposed to mastering feeling her steps and applying it to the music

  • @soldiergrl463 "in thier [sic] sangre como mi gente"?? in other words, she shouldn't be dancing if she isn't latina? Nice. Imagine what the response would be on here if someone went over to the waltz videos and said, "well, she isn't white, so she shouldn't dance"? You say with "all due respect" but you don't seem to be showing it....and in any case, what was Joce's last name again??? Man, racist...

  • I love this move, its very sexy, hope I learn it fast

  • name of 1st song, plz

  • tu no puedes aprender salsa tu tienes q sentir a la salsa hahahaha hot latino mami

  • is this even following the beat?

  • Hi Anthony

Firstly, thanks from a chilean living in Australia, you are by far th best I've seen on the net. You've clarifed so many doubts I had.

Also, this is to say that Jocelyn is the best partner I've seen so far. I don't know if it's the latin blood but her moves are way more natural than some of the other ladies you've used to demonstrate styles. Her moves are truly sexy and enjoyable to watch.

Dancing with the stars demos look ridiculous as gringos have stiff hips.

  • kind of funny how he skips "4" when he counts (:

  • watch this here a^v^a^t^z.net remove ^

  • You all rock! This video goes to show that there is more to salsa than quick spins and combos. Please advise what the name of the song is? Thanks

  • Wow...

Thanks for your explanations always! I hope some day I will be able to dance like Jocelyn. I'm still dancing on 1, so I first was afraid you wouldn't explain on 1 this time... :-)

  • that was a really good video, my salsa teacher is always telling me that styling is important, now I see why!

  • Nice :)

  • Great video, by the way. Love the way you explain the ladies styling elements. :)

  • Where is Julie?

  • @projektleiterin We shoot our videos in "bundles" depending on the studio time we can rent. Julie will come back soon. :-)

  • @apersaud

Ok. :) Not that Jocelyn is not doing a great job as well. :)

  • @apersaud yay! we love Julie!! (Jocelyn is good, too tho. :D

  • What????? No Julie??? =(

Anywho, i've got a few questions after this video. Like can you do these dance steps with a girl you randomly meet and expect them to know how to act or does it work better with people you know the dance moves?

I ask because these videos are always great but can you apply these moves the if you would regularly go out and get the same results?

  • @DJTALLGEESE013579

Salsa social dancing is pure "lead and follow", and most of Anthonys videos are leadable if you dance with a girl which is an advanced dancer even she does not know the moves, but masters body tension, stays on the line and takes offered hands. For me as a guy, it needs usually same training to get the right timing to lead the more complex patterns, but then it is pure fun if you meet a girl which spices up the dance with some nice sexy styling and follows exactly.

  • @DJTALLGEESE013579 Yes, all these moves are sociable (you can do them with any good dancer at the club WITH NO previous knowledge of the move - most salsa social dancing is this way). In this video, good advanced female dancers will learn the cues that allow them to style how they prefer to the song they are dancing to. Joce provides a sample, to get ladies started, in what they can do for styling.

  • Avisenle q el pelo así le qda feo! Antes era más linda!

  • i love how you guys actually explain how the lady should know when to do what. because i know i've been taught that i can do some styling but then idk when the guy is allowing me time or if it's the appropriate time.

  • Thank u sooo much!! I love ur vids Anthony!!

Btw..Can u explain me the diff between dancing on2 and on1?
