The facts are plain and simple if you don't want to be tracked then don't have a bank account or a credit card. regardless of whether you have a CHIP card, "the bank" is tracking all of your purchase's with or without CHIP technology and the transactions are kept at a central processing centre . Visa is also tracking all of your purchase and pre authorizations (booking for hotels, flights, rental cars) whether they are made online or at a terminal. EVERYTHING is tracked down to the second.

Hey TFHL, Smart chips for (banking, medical info, citizenship ID, court records, library checkouts, shopping trends, travel records, etc.) everything. Oh, Yeah, dearest..It's here. The most disturbing is "smart phones" with GPS. A tracking device for all the "tehno-morons". There is even software for real-time location for all your "friends,employees, etc." The stalker special.

they started this program with the armed forces 1st, with a something that looks like waiting thinking about it it was a national i.d card. it has your blood type ssn and other stuff on it i threw mines out 2 yrs ago... n i still remember it clearly they also have u finger prints in the system when u do this which sucks for me now :(

My two year old W.Fargo card can be read by waving it in front of scanner. It resides inside a foil pouch (they can only read it when I allow it.) Since they can look @ our bank accounts by waving a letter, it's not like we have much privacy left.
