After a year I still think this kiss was an assurance for Sarah that Chuck still loves her because remember that train station kiss where Chuck didn't even respond? And if it was purely for cover it would have ended in a millisecond.
I think that even though Sarah slapped Chuck she only did it for her cover and you can see that she would have loved to have kissed him for longer because they are so obviously in love.
@BenBowers13 She doesn't stab him in the back. He's the one who refused to leave with her in Prague. Yes he did that for a reason but she didn't know that and she is hurted because she loves him. And she is a spy so it's difficult for her to trust someone but with Chuck she did and her heart was broken in this episode.
So messed up. He is trying to make things right and she keeps on stabbing him in the back. Good thing sarah and chuck finally get together. If she would of went and left chuck I would of been so mad.
