*heterochromatia doesn't actually mean 'bi coloured eyes' - as that would mean two different colours in each eye. It means that the eyes themselves are different colours. (There IS a difference!)

my cat has this! We found her on the side of the road and her blue eye was really sore. Now she's fine and so are her eyes!! It's actually NOT all that rare, surprisingly. :)

Your cat reminds me of my dilute calico Wisdom who has 2 big blue eyes. I have 2 white heterochromic cats. When I saw Spirit in the animal shelter, I thought I was looking at jewels!!!

Yeah, although life is finite, I hope he lives longer than intended.

yeah I think he's most likely blind on that blue eye, because it doesn't dilate properly. I also think he could be deaf on the same side as that eye. But the way he plays and goes about life, you wouldn't notice anything except for the color difference. I'm just hoping these aren't signs of a short lifespan.
