  • It would be interesting if labels would list the amount of fructose in the packaged/prepared foods (including at restaurants)?

  • Amazing stuff. All 13 segments. It is breathtaking that such a preponderance of information can be dismissed by the greater scientific / medical community, not to mention the commercial community, who could be out ahead of the curve introducing appealing [truly] healthy food products. Reading the mentioned article "What if It's All Been a Big Fat Lie?" was informative too.
