i was born in milano, my dad lives there but i have never climbed the duomo :/

i climbed to the top!! so many steps but i lost weight climbing haha. its so beautiful ,im living in milan ten min from the duomo until december been here since october i love it. definantely recommend!

I took the elevator only because I had a prior engagement elsewhere. But doing what you did only makes one appreciate the Duomo that much more. You are lucky to be there that long.

I see. yes you are right, i did appreatiate the time.. so much. i spent about 15 minutes there just observing and taking pictures! will go again some time this week! a very beautiful building

If it were a clear day you would be able to see the snow capped Alps. But alas, Milano is almost always so smoggy, it takes high winds and some luck to see the real view.
