There's nothing such as dumb luck in SFIV. It's just made easier to play it, there's some broken characters and it's far less complex than 3.3. It actually was necessary in order to reinvigorate the genre, as 3.3 was a dead end, the epitome of the franchise, but way too niche for the industry to be profitable. And as always, it's Street Fighter that says if the genre is alive or not.

sf3ts shits on everything ssf4 has to offer, cept the balance. yuns super needs to have a bigger bar to fill without gaining time on genijin. chun needs to take more damage and sa2 shouldnt have more than 1 super bar. with this and a few buffs so we can get ibuki and sean back to si level, and buffing up the rest of the cast to compete with chun, ken & yun. with only this sf3ts would become the best sf ever, its already better than ssf4, but we need more viable characters. we = us, not kuroda.
