See, the thing is, God was completely right in killing people in the old testament. Why? Read. They were terrible and awful. When Jesus came, the old "Kill all sinners" thing no longer applies. Even us christians sin, but because Jesus died on the cross, it's okay as long as we believe that God will work the sin out of us. Because he died, we are forgiven, and God no longer smites all the sinners. (Till judgement day, those that push him away will be judged, ofc)

See, the thing is, God was completely right in killing people in the old testament. Why? Read. They were terrible and awful. When Jesus came, the old "Kill all sinners" thing no longer applies. Even us christians sin, but because Jesus died on the cross, it's okay as long as we believe that God will work the sin out of us. Because he died, we are forgiven, and God no longer smites all the sinners. (Till judgement day, those that push him away will be judged, ofc)
