You can get SO hammered on Dubonnet! You can mix almost any white liquor in it, and it's so cloyingly sweet you can put ALOT of white liquor in it. Try mixing some 100 proof vodka with Dubonnet and see how many glasses of it you can drink before total blackout sets in.
I loved this commercial back in the 80s. Haunting song. Not a big Pia fan but still. I named a kitten Dubonnet and he bit my arm all the time- I gave him away! :)
I remember this in several ways. I also remember these 1985 Dubonnet commercials. They were for Dubonnet Splash. There were two different versions. They both had Busby Berkeley-style show swimming. If anyone out there can post those two commercials, that would be great. Thank you.
