that is the first note of a whistle register, jonalyn viray can hit that note and can go higher, but even men can do a whistle register, there are actually videos here in youtube of men doing it...i think ralp can still do the whistle even when he reached his vocal maturity but his vocal range will go lower bcoz a whistle is a vocal technique..

Never thought Rhap can whistle. This song is hard cause if you can't drive the whistle note perfectly then don't sing this song but Rhap did it. He's so talented. One thing I wish for him only is that of his voice not to become deep when he reach his vocal maturity.
