There's much to enjoy in this video: the playing is, well, so "organistic," for want of a better word, so stylish for a young performer, beautifully phrased, and well suited for the kind of piece presented here, which I don't know (although I recognize the hymn tune). His phrasing makes the organ "sing" (some organists don't know how to do this!). An additional treat is his use of the reed stops, especially on the pedal.
I hope this young man continues to develop his art into a great career..
Finistereny, I agree with what you say. The organist's phrasing is no doubt aided by his familiarity with the music. Many Dutch people in the Reformed tradition know at least some of the verses of many of the Psalms by heart. He is probably mentally hearing a congregation lustily singing along. . . especially the 2nd verse which involves praising God with harps, lutes, drums, flutes, and of course, "'t orgel overal' :-)

Hier veel gekerkt toen we op de camping De Oldemeyer zaten. Ook heb ik hier Klaas Jan Mulder gehoord.
Een prachtig orgel en je kan er geweldig bij zingen.
Deze organist begon mooi maar het werd later te druk en lawaaierig.
Maar goed, je bent nog jong en dat komt wel goed.
