If you go to the website about the nightmare room, they have a short choose your own adventure - like story on there and one of the endings you will find is similar to this one in that your character ends up trapped in a time loop. "How does lightning send you back in time..."? it just does...it's a story after all , anything can happen....not everything has or needs an explanation especially in fantasy, horror, and sci fi
