you're planning to the philippines? if you're going through japan, then when the plane is boarding there's no need to rush with the others you just need to wait, then when you arrive in ninoy aquino in the phillipines you may have some trouble getting a luggage cart, and when you do pay an employee about 100 to 200 pesos, they'll appreciate this and it's a long walk to the arrival cars.
