I've heard that sparring in UP is quite different from other schools. Aside from the fact that minimal armor is worn, UP arnisadors spar with LIVE STICKS!! Can someone from UP arnis verify this?
well ive been practicing arnis for alil longer than a year now and i train with damag-inc . look us up on here. we spar with minimal pads ..helmet and gloves and we spar live sticks also
