I moded some of my other guns with the AR removal, but sadly, I don't have a long enough drill bit to take the AR out of this one. Is it possible to drill the part that has the stick where the dart sits on? Or do I have to do the back end where the hole is already?

ive unscrewed all the screws but something is still holding it together (its not the barrel extension -.-) any ideas?

@drebin652 There may still be a screw that you missed. Check all the holes and make sure you got them all out. If you did, I noticed with mine that the front had a hard time prying apart, but it will. Just be careful with using a screwdriver to get it apart.

This was a HUGE help! Thanks so much for doing this vid. When I put mine together the night I bought it, all that would happen was the dart would drop out of the barrel. After mimicking you (with the exception of changing the spring coil and drilling the hole) everything works now. ^___^ Thanks again!!

FUCK! Im not sure if its my fault or urs, but the gun is now brocken. When i put it back together the pull back doesnt work. Perteftly followed ur directions and stuff. It looked just like how u re-assembled it, i removed AR, and 6 hours of work down the hill. Now what? I got my nerf gun brocken? And all these other people are FINE! Sounds like you didn't put the internals in right, you need to open the gun and check the parts again then test the bolt sled before closing just like @ 6:11 on the video.

Didnt you see i posted i spent 6 hours on this?????????????Its kinda hard to do this when it takes me 30 minutes to get the screws out, 30 minutes to get them back in, just to try and fix it? I did this about 4 times, im goddamn sick of it...Im not re-doing this mod, im calling my gun broke, I should just give it to homeless people, im sure they will find a use for it.

@nerfperformance The problem, when I look at it, is that in the middle of gun, to the right of the clip lock, there is a small green-grey part "A3" . This has a stopper of some kind. When I pull the lever mechanism back, this stopper on A3 activates and prevents the dart from loading... Any help? Am I missing something? I followed everything to the last detail!

I GOT A PROBLEM! the bolt handel is fine, but i locked that barrel thing backwards.....How do i fix this? respond now, im not waiting to shoot it. The gun is like i pulled back on it or something...That part where u drill the hole in it went backwords. Not brocken, idk. SOMEONE ELP!

good write up, but it need's to address the problem of padding. without padding that things gunnaa die fairly quickly. It also should have a O-ring replacement to get the most out of the plunger system.

I usually just go with a external power stock for my power boost, but the spring replacement is pretty neat ^^

@6happy6goth6 Use a 1/2 inch spade drill bit and drill from the rear vs the front, or just knock it out with a hamer/screwdriver.

@nerfperformance Hey! I removed my air restrictor just as you did in this video and put everything back together. The only things I didn't do like you did were replace the spring and put the piece of tape on. However whenever I shoot my gun now it's REALLY REALLY LOUD. Any ideas on why it sounds this loud now? Yours didn't sound too loud when you shot, thanks!

the reason why it's loud is because you removed air restrictor, now the plunger is slamming in to the back of the breech at full speed making that sound. my Longstrike is louder but the mic on my cam didn't pic it up that well.

@Mandolore101 Commonly done my most nerfers (or at least the oens who mod their blasters). I also gloop a metal washer onto the back of the plungertube for extra reinforcement and as a catch for the powerstock spring.

@nerfperformance pad the rear and the noise will go down. unpadded a RP plunger tube will wear out fairly fast.

yours sounds loud because the air restrictor is removed, they are supposed to be loud when you remove yours, his camera just didn't pick it up so you're fine, I've spent 4 years moding nerf so don't worry I'm not just talking shit.

You can use a flat headed screw driver to Carefully pry the handles loose if you haven't done so already. I may do a demo vid of this.
