I've heard of this concept before, but I don't think I like them. The reason I have never liked briefs is that they squeeze too tight. These do the same because of the inner liner. I even cut out the liner in swimming trunks. I like the boxer briefs the best because they are cupping (gets rid of that dreadful boxer problem: the groin that your package can't decide to be on one side or the other of). Have boxer briefs really been around a long time? I remember them starting to be popular mid 90s.
