  • thank you for seeking out these interesting people! love your vids. go ron paul.

  • This is a great video would love to hear more from Dr. Bass. I would like to add one more thing! I love your show but no offence the music is awful how the singing is out of tune really hurst my ears. I do not believe that it is a good idea to teach people like tone deaf music just as much it is not a good idea to teach them to eat junk food! ;):) notes on the right place are healing by themselves! :):)

  • The egg yolk and liver are so critical to the success of this guys diet.

  • Sleep after Charlie Rose. Gotta respect that.

  • My great grandfather lived to 102 and smoked, drank, and didn't watch his diet his entire life. Yes he was lucky, but I say live how you want to and the main key to life is enjoying it! I'd rather live 50 full years accomplishing what I want to and enjoying it, than 100 years sacrificing every enjoyable thing in hopes that I'll live longer.

  • @SuperStrik9 That's exactly what i think.

  • From the first time I saw this I always thought it was one of the best videos on YouTube, a really valuable insight into a real character.

  • Why is his eye all red?...yea , he is healthier then most 91 year olds but, fasting is very health promoting... still he could do better….Peter Ragner is close to his age and much stronger, healthier and looks much much younger than his age and is a 100% Raw Vegan for a super long time!..100% raw vegan diet is always BEST!

  • I believe that is better it less, but warning because also depends of the age, a 91 years old could eat a small portions but A 20 YEARS OLD MAN NEEDS MORE FOOD, probably.

  • @lovina87 Most important thing is the blood ph balance, so eat 80% alkaline foods and 20% acidic. Choose organic food and eat small meals more often so you'll keep your metabolism boosted. For me is not healthy at all to eat once a day, we need fuel to work, study, exercise and etc...

  • I'm glad people are realizing that veganism is unhealthy.

Do it and you're a lab rat in an experiment never done voluntarily in human history.

  • Hi, how do you did that? Thanks

  • Ahhh.... wonderful!!! I enjoy so much seeing people like that!

  • He can't be 91. He is very mentally alert.I wold have said about 65.

  • Please note how Dr Stanley Bass speaks of the studies conducted on Vegans etc and how our lifespans are supposedly lower and so forth. Interesting when you consider that the populace of the future are to be turned vegan by the State huh? I did always wonder on those lines as I know these cretins detest us such as Knight of Malta, Heinz Kissinger (DVD) and his 'Memorandum 200'. You also have that DVD agent, Mikhail Gorbevoc and the 'Global 2000' report from the Club of Rome.

  • Stan get off the cheese if you get this message..you wont need that tissue and your voice will be clearer...plus the fruit helps pull of mucus..so its good for you.

  • @BobbyEnergy mucus problems do not come from food my friend unless you're serious going overboard. Mucus/phlegm problems come from a dysfunctional Spleen. Correct the Spleen and everything will be fine and balanced.

  • He should go Breatharian! x)

  • Uhhh.. If the flue actually prolonged life, then why did people throughout history die of influenza? Uh huh.

  • @Razz8282 Flu kills people because their bodies are too filthy and the bacteria/viral loads during cleansing go through the roof enough to be able to kill people. Its all about internal hygiene. Dr Stanley Bass is absolutely correct.

  • The biggest point you're missing here is that ALL elderly people eat very little food per day. EVERY SINGLE ONE. Believe me I know, I work in assisted living. So the gauge of his intake at 91 is not the same as his intake diet at age 40.

  • @Razz8282 Elderly also most times don't get proper nutrition as their Spleens are dysfunctional and they have stomach acid lowering stopping much of the breakdown of food.

  • @anunnaki2006 What I find the most interesting is that some of the 90 year old residents where I work who have had typical american diets (which I am not a supporter of, I'm saying for comparison) look a whole lot better than this Dr Bass does, healthier amazingly.

  • @Razz8282

but do they have the mental agility? i bet no!

  • What's your opnion on the theory that blending destroys nutrients?

  • hi my amount's analagous unalligned but rawly. rare vegan's years ties me apx six so far. b/c his ws switch off no animal product to its plus was fermented dairy unfired perse. well i'd drag vs vibe modulating @ ferments;last unvegan wild kefir then veg's. overnights flax anything not for xeroscape inside/unready fresh floats mix gellin moist no xerox &rouses anew 1/2-2/3 day. i air dry pumpkin seeds tho et few leaves~ yes some flu shot so alter immunologically o other vaccine case w/o tether--

  • What's wrong with his right eye?

  • I have been following Dr. Stanley Bass now. I always look at his website. I am also posting his site on message boards. He is a fascinating man with some interesting knowledge.

  • I dont think that age is such a good indicator for right nutrition. There are many 100s and over who even smoke and drink. There are guys only "eat" prana. Healthy and unhealthy vegans as regular eaters. SO you can questioning if nutrition has anything to do with shape or condition?

  • my 2nd comment:

    you are a horrible interviewer.

keep trying to get the answer you want and avoid things that you don't want to hear.

    you wrote a book?? //....

  • you need to learn to ask "interview" questions without leading people to certain answers. It's not an interrogation.

Do not lead him to your opnion, that's not called an interview

  • How do you eat one meal a day? What is in that? General Stanley McChrystal eats only one meal a day too.

  • Wonderful information. Thank you

  • Bet this guy duys in the next...50 years.

100 years, everyone who watched this video will be dead.

200, no one will remember then. Doesn't matter what I eat.

  • This is an amazing video.

  • no way that dude is 91, thats awesome.

  • Awesome Foods 4 Raw...

  • Did you notice how little Dr. Bass eats each day?

The human body needs very little food for energy.

When we learn to calm our mind, nervous system, and cardiovascular system with meditation, then the food requirements are even less.

The cause of so much disease and suffering is our overeating and poor nutritional education.

Thank you Dr. Bass. You're work is monumental.

  • @ChannelHigherSelf rather i am really noticing increase in my appetite since i have started meditating

  • do you keep track of what you eat? such as writing it down - food type and quantity.

when people begin to write down their food intake, many are shocked to realize how much food they eat - all the small snack foods, the caloric drinks, etc.

Download the free software program - Cron-o-meter.

This software was created by a Caloric Restriction practitioner. It is amazing software to monitor food intake, calories, fats/carbs/protein, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, etc

  • Dr Bass' experience shows that a person eating high quality food (organic, raw, nutrient-dense) builds the highest quality body tissue, muscle, bone, blood, etc.

He says a 1500 calorie per day diet is ideal. At first a person will lose weight as the body detox and removes less healthy tissue. Then the body weight will normalize as the detox slows and the building increases. Then the body weight will increase as the body produces more healthy tissue from the healthy food.

  • This weight loss & weight gain change happens even with the calorie amount staying constant.

This shows the importance of high quality food and the flaws of the calorie theory.

Aside from weight gain / weight loss, the clairty of mind, strength of body, feeling of health, etc are great benefits to a proper healthy diet.

  • @ChannelHigherSelf

    Well said.

  • Dr. Bass's eyes don't look healthy. Especially the one on the left side as we look at him.

  • This is true.

The less you eat, the longer you live. Several studies have verified this. Of course you have to be smart about it. You have to provide your body with the necessary nutrients for good health.

  • Yeah, that guy can't be healthy if he eats dead bodies! Do not let your stomach be a graveyard of animals! Peace begins on the plate with a VEGAN diet!

  • @veganpower14 nooo! peace begins at ur doctors office when u get ur B12 shot !

  • so is he eating dead animal bodies RAW then?well,it doesn't even matter...if u eat dead animals u put bad Karma in ur body it's not just what is healthy for ur body...ETHICS are what matters most!

peace for all living creatures we're all ONE!

  • This Guy has huge earlobes - a sign of a good inherent constitution.Like George Burns and others he would probably live to 100 no matter what his habits are.

At least he is right about over eating and prolonging the nightly fast.

  • So he is a Raw Foodist not a Raw Vegan. Well to each its own. I personally believe in the balance between Fruits, Greens, veggetables and a small amount of nuts. That is just for me though. People have to find what makes them feel better. Like for me I cant do dehydrated foods cause they kick up cravings for not just cooked food cause I do eat a cooked meal but for processed food. I just can't handle it. I can hear the dairy in this mans voice. I dont think its his age.

  • He used to be a Raw Vegan but claims he developed Deficiencies on the Diet

  • No fruit, are you kidding. I don't think I could exist without fruit. Just because someone is old, that does not mean they know what they are talking about.

  • watch part 2

  • i would like to hear a Nutritional debate between the 2 Heavyweights

Dr. Bisci vs. Bass, 1 on 1 for the Title and just air all this stuff out !

id pay big money to hear that one

  • no captions for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing viewers???????????????????

  • Don't know how to do that?

  • @flygirl2b is he eating dairy cheese or sheep? I can't seem to find that part.

  • Sheep or goat is the best cheese but must be raw. No cow's cheese

  • @thedurianking I wish I could find goat milk raw.

  • @thedurianking

What have you got against bovine cheese?

  • Dr. Bass has been consuming BOTH Dairy and Meat for the last 30 yrs ! He is against the Raw Vegan diet

His position is that Animal foods are a necessity for long term disease free health

  • Dr. Bass eats Dairy for the last 30 years ? What kind of dairy? You mean eggs?

  • raw eggs and goats Milk

  • does he get raw goats Milk ?

  • yep

  • I agree Dr. Bass is against the Raw Vegan diet

  • he is a good example of why there is no ONE answer to living a long life and I don't think he looks too good either.. I have a friend who is 90 and is in better shape than Bass is and she just eats a regular mostly cooked diet although its all home made not fast food. My husband is 87yo and looks 100% better than Bass and although we don't eat meat he likes to eat mostly cooked foods and is not on any meds and just finished putting up a new fence around our yard :)

  • obviously raw food doesn't help with eyesight.

  • he has 20 20 vision,

that is WITH the glasses lol

  • My eyesight has improved on a mostly raw diet........ but unlike Dr Bass, I'm a vegan of 16 years.

PS - My tinnitus disappeared also. It's awesome.

  • Wow he really looks good. Look at his skin and glow on his face. I am impressed. Thanks Paul for the video.

  • He's sharp, though. I think that can be a really big indicator of one's true age.

  • he looks his age to me.... maybe its just me tho

  • that is what I feed my cats, lol (not the flax seeds, tho)

  • Can't wait to see part 2! Thanks for sharing.

  • He's def got some great wisdom, but he's so obviously phlemy, full of mucous - just imagine how cleared out he would be if he would only go vegan! I know from first hand experience - suffered from sinusitis for years as a cheesy veggie - decided to forego dairy for ethical reasons, and voila, never had phlem or sinus issues again!

  • @flygirl2b yeah hopefully he gets off of it..its funny how its blaitingly obvious whats happening.
