This should be titled "How not to fry a turkey" No.1 you never,never,never fry indoors. Its obvious they are inside a garage. No. 2 you always shut off your burner when you are lowering your bird in. If the oil splashes over, which it may, and the burner is on you will have an instant raging fire. Its also obvious when the turkey went in it was was still wet. This is painful to watch.
