If the Rising Sun was still on in 2002, along with Super Saturdays, then the height of Toonami's supremacy was late 2001/early 2002.

Toonami was on weekday afternoons both on Kids WB and Cartoon Network, the Midnight Run was on every weeknight, and you had the Rising Sun and Super Saturdays on Saturday for awhile. Plus Toonami Reactor. Awesome!
