If however you as a person consented to such an act without condition then you could be taxed for it on the grounds that you entered into a contract

You CAN use common law in a Supreme Court.

You WILL NOT be in contempt of court if you refer to the (Australian) Constitution, provided the reference is material to your particular instance.

A Judge DOES NOT decide your innocence, only the application of the law. Only a jury or evidence may whether someone is guilty or not

And the Corporations Act says NOTHING about defining a natural person as a sole trader.

Jesus, we don't know shit about reality.
