@TheCoachmaxwell You need to transfer the .wav file into an mp3. I use a free program called "Switch." Very, very simple. I have a Mac though, but it's likely available for PC..

Not to complicate things but I also use Audacity software, which Mixx recommends anyway, to truncate the beginning of the finished mix, bc there's a few seconds of garbage to get rid of. EXPORT the edited Audacity file as a .wav THEN use Switch. It's ready for iTunes and iPod and you can add your own artwork

find the first beat on your song then move the marker to the very start of that beat,then push cue,do this to EVERY song you have to set cue points{beats usally resemble triangles on the E.Q bar},then when you want to mix or blend 2 songs together perfectly hit the sync button to match the bpm.s perfectly then off you go,cue the 2nd song into the first and so on.

@SLedesma777 virtual dj free (home) doesn't allow the use of additional sound cards for more than 10 mins. That alone makes this a better piece of software (for me). Plus the mappings for Mixx allow one to use DJ controllers with turntables, so I think this is an excellent entry-level/beginner program.

@xLrelapse112 Thats becuase you need a soundcard thats able to run 4-channels.. most sound cards run two, which will play what you listen on headphone through the same output as the music thats playing.
