I realize that Minister Sikorski did not need to make his statement in the English language as he was directing his comment to his own people. However, I feel that what he said would have reached a wider audience had he spoken in English, a language he speaks perfectly. Just curious, what is the protocol in such situations? Has there not been a simultaneous translation into English for the sake of American and world media ?
